Thank you for visiting the website of Loma Linda Academy and learning more about Home and School.

Home and School is a spiritually-based group of parent volunteers who support our school.  With active support from our Administration, we get together bi-monthly to hear about future plans, brainstorm on future events, and discuss any questions or concerns parents have.  We create activities and programs that support family involvement, ranging from Back-to-School Night to helping with the Loma Linda Community Fair and hosting Friday afternoon Skate Parties.   We raise funds with the Magazine Drive, the Book Fair, Box Tops and Pop Tabs.  We’ve raised money for the Big Toy, the new Biology building, and Gymnasium.  We support our service learning programs and our faculty by helping with Art, Music, and classroom activities via Room Parents.  One of our main focuses is expressing appreciation for the wonderful teachers and staff we have at LLA—we host breakfasts, luncheons, and other scrumptious events to acknowledge the staff and the great job they do in teaching and guiding our children.  Home and School is a great way to meet new friends and support Loma Linda Academy in taking extraordinary care of our children.  We invite you to become a part of this wonderful group by sharing the experiences of our Loma Linda Academy staff, students, and volunteers; by participating in our events and by supporting our fundraising efforts.

In His Service,

Sheila Hodgkin
